We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase; you may return the item within 15 days of purchase as long as the item has not been used, damaged or broken. If you wish to return an item within 15 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a refund according to the terms listed below, or a credit toward the purchase of another item. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition. There is no return credit for shipping charges. Alchemy Lab Supply will not accept any returns after 15 days from the purchase date for any reason.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Please provide us your order number, first and last name and reason for the return. If approved, you will receive an RMA number that must be written on the return shipping label. Return shipments should be directed to the following address:

Credits will be issued when we receive and examine the returned items. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition may result in a delayed credit, partial credit or refusal of the returned items as listed in the details below.

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are administered based on the returned items condition.
The product and the packaging must arrive in brand new condition without any damage so that the product can be resold.
CAN Chemical Solutions & alchemylabsupply.com reserve the sole right to determine, at their discretion, the fair refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned.

alchemylabsupply.com  will be as fair as possible in determining variable refunds.
If, though, the refund amount isn't acceptable to you, you have the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you.

If freight is being returned after it has been received by customer, customer will be responsible for any damage to freight at cost.

If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will send you the correct item once receive the wrong item at no additional shipping cost, and we will pay for return shipping via Regular Ground with proof of shipping cost "receipt copy".

Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.
